Christian Education for Children
The Christian Education ministry has implemented KidCheck, a security program for our children. This software program allows the parents/guardians to sign their children into the Nursery, Kidz GAP, or Jr Church. It also gives name tags to all adults working in these ministries, and only adults with name tags will be allowed among the children.
There is a computer station set up in the foyer of the church for check-in. When a parent/guardian signs their child in, the printer will give the child a name tag and the parent a matching guardian tag with which to pick them up.
Some of the great features of KidCheck include: identification of children with allergies, which will be printed on the name tag; ability of parents to write other concerns, ie. bottle at 10:30am, in bag; list of people who can pick up the child; ability of staff to print a list of children who have been registered; and mostly, safety for our children.
Initial registration is done online and can be done at home or on any computer! The initial registration takes a few minutes, thereafter about 30 seconds at drop-off. If you are responsible for any children who attend, have a child who is a GAP helper, or work as a volunteer in any of these ministries, please follow this link to make an account for you and your family.
To register, go to, kidcheck.com, click on Login at the top right, then click the Sign Up for Kidcheck with the button under "I'm a Parent, Guardian, Employee or Volunteer", and Setup your free login account.
If you have any questions, please call Lori Ellis, 767-4106.

Opportunities to Serve
The Christian Education programs require many hands to make the load lighter. There are opportunities to serve in many different capacities.
Please prayerfully consider the opportunity below and if you feel led to serve, contact the church office. Please note-all volunteers who work with the children are required to have a background check. We look forward to hearing from you!

- Note:
Everybody who works with the children has to give Emmanuel written permission to do a background check.
